The City Manager's Office serves as the point of contact for residents who have comments or complaints concerning City services or any other functions of the City. Residents can also contact this office for any information concerning the Mayor or the City Council.

City Manager John C. Patterson

The Casper City Council has chosen John Patterson to become Casper’s next City Manager.  As city manager, Patterson oversees the day to day operations of the Casper city government, including 508 full time employees and a budget of $134 million. 

Patterson comes to Casper with more than 30 years of municipal experience.  For the last six years he has served as the CAO of Ogden City, Utah.  Patterson has an undergraduate degree in Political Science and an MBA from the University of Georgia.
