Our professional experience includes a diverse background in military, medical, finance and banking, business management, insurance, information technology, public safety, health services, private sector consulting, and human resources in local government. Our staff of 8 full-time employees has a combined experience base of over 172 years with more than 47 years in municipal government.

Our mission is to serve as a support function for all departments within the City of Casper. In pursuit of developing and sustaining a culture where people thrive, partnerships prevail, and performance excels, we consistently strive to establish the optimal work environment for obtaining high productivity, continuous improvement, organizational renewal, and exceptional customer service.
