    Optional enrollment beginning the first of the month following thirty (30) full days of employment.
    • Pre-tax: Medical reimbursement plan up to $2,500 calendar year
    • Dependent care reimbursement plan up to $5,000 calendar year

      LIFE INSURANCE
    A group insurance policy for short/long term disability is provided by the City at no cost to employees.
      WYOMING RETIREMENT SYSTEM
    **Participation is required by State Statute**
      457 RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN
    As another retirement savings offering, the City of Casper offers ICMA-RC. ICMA-RC offers Roth IRA, Roth 457 and a deferred compensation 457 options. Participation is voluntary and the employee may start a contribution at any time.

    457 PLAN Employees have the ability to contribute up to $17,500 annually, tax deferred.

    PAID LEAVE, HOLIDAYS & VACATION TIME

    Paid disability leave: 12 days annually Holidays: 10 days annually Vacation accrual rate is based on years of service:

    0 through 4 years 10 days annually
    5 through 9 years 15 days annually
    10 through 14 years 20 days annually
    15 through 19 years 22 days annually
    20 years or more 25 days annually
    *Employees begin accumulating vacation from the first pay period.
    *Vacation time can be used during the first year of service with permission of supervisor.
