Dangerous Buildings

According to the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1988 Edition, once a building meets the criteria as a “dangerous building”, the property owner is served with a Notice and Order to either repair the structure according to the current building, fire, and electrical codes, or to demolish the same within a predetermined length of time.
