Fencing Requirements

A fence permit is required for any fence that is six (6) feet tall or less which is erected, altered, or repaired, and fence height is restricted according to location and zone.  A building permit is required for any fence that is over six (6) feet in height and under eight (8) feet, and no fence can be taller than eight (8) feet in height
