Junk and Junk Vehicles

According to the City Ordinance, an abandoned, wrecked, dismantled, or inoperative vehicle, more than one unlicensed vehicle, or junk on private or public property, except as expressly permitted, is declared to constitute a public nuisance.  Once notified, there is a 10-day time limit for compliance.
