ZONING REGULATIONS
It is important that the zoning on a lot or parcel of land be verified before opening a business, home occupation, or erecting a structure. Each zoning district has different permitted uses, conditional uses, lot requirements, and setback requirements. Zoning information can be obtained online, by contacting the Community Development Office at 235-8241, or stop by the office at 200 North David, Room 205.
