Registration Information
The first registration fee listed is without a Recreation Center Pass, the second is for those who have an annual pass.
Join one of our many classes for Health, Fitness, and FUN! Come and enjoy spacious, cool workout areas, clean and convenient locker rooms, wood floors, and safe, effective, and challenging workouts. Shoes with good support are essential to any fitness class. Sign up for your favorite fitness class that meets one, two or three days a week. If you miss a day and would like to attend at a different time - no problem! Just sign in on the daily attendance sheet.
It is STRONGLY recommended that you consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.

  Power Mix is a 60-minute barbell program bor able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level. You will also get a chance to try out the new Muscle Fusion class that mixes strength training with Tabata cardio interval training to encourage more fat burning.

Please come to class at least 5-10 minutes early to set-up equipment. Earlybird, Morning, and Evening classes available. 

  Get a great workout and maintain a better state of physical well-being by improving your circulation, flexibility and fitness level. Your instructor will take you through a warm-up, aerobics and/or walking, weights, chair exercising and stretching. This special comprehensive fitness program is designed for the 50-plus crowd but is also good for those just starting a fitness program.

  If you ever wanted to learn a workout routine and get a kick-start on your weight loss and toning goals, Super Group Personal Training is the class for you. Participants will work closely with certified personal trainer, Sebastian Quintero, in a small group setting. Learn what equipment to use to strengthen and tone all your major muscle groups, how much you should be lifting, and how often is right for you. Information on nutrition will also be discussed. This intense, 4-week session allows you to set goals and start achieving them! Sebastian is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Experience a feeling of wholeness and deep connection with basic yoga breathing techniques and gentle to moderate poses that will relax and invigorate your body, mind and soul. Surrender and take a journey inward where your mind quiets and your body heals. Taught by Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor with over 1,000 hours of teaching experience.
