Registration Information
The first registration fee listed is without a Recreation Center Pass, the second is for those who have an annual pass.
Join one of our many classes for Health, Fitness, and FUN! Come and enjoy spacious, cool workout areas, clean and convenient locker rooms, wood floors, and safe, effective, and challenging workouts.
Shoes with good support are essential to any fitness class. Sign up for your favorite fitness class that meets two or three days a week. If you miss a day and would like to attend at a different time - no problem! Just sign in on the daily attendance sheet.
It is STRONGLY recommended that you consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. |
BODYPUMP
 |
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors, and your choice of weight, inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!
Please come to class at least 5-10 minutes early to set-up equipment. Earlybird, Morning, and Evening classes available. |
FOREVER FIT

Get a great workout and maintain a better state of physical well-being by improving your circulation, flexibility and fitness level. Your instructor will take you through a warm-up, aerobics and/or walking, weights, chair exercising and stretching. This special comprehensive fitness program is designed for the 50-plus crowd but is also good for those just starting a fitness program.

YOGA

Experience a feeling of wholeness and deep connection with basic yoga breathing techniques and gentle to moderate poses that will relax and invigorate your body, mind and soul. Surrender and take a journey inward where your mind quiets and your body heals. Taught by Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor with over 1,000 hours of teaching experience.

ZUMBA TONING

When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training, dance fitness party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like toning.
