Groups are welcome at Hogadon!

The staff at Hogadon would like to assist you in making your day on the slopes as fun and worry free as possible. The following is a list of guidelines that we feel will assist your group leader/organizer in preparing for your visit to Hogadon and assure that your groups experience is an enjoyable one. 

• Groups must consist of 25 or more full day skiers. Group discount rates on ski and snow board rentals and ski lessons are available to all groups with advanced reservations only. 

• Group organizers/leaders should collect all lift ticket, rental and ski school fees and make three separate checks payable to:  

HOGADON SKI AREA (LIFT TICKETS)

HOGADON SKI SCHOOL (SKI LESSONS)

MOUNTAIN SPORTS RENTALS (EQUIPMENT RENTAL) 

• Fill out the Group Information Form that can be filled online and printed.  

• Complete the Ski school and rental agreement forms. Each person in your group must fill agreement out.

• Important: each person 18 years of age or under must have a parent or guardian sign the ski school and rental agreement. 

• Important: you must return all completed and signed forms at least one week prior to your visit. Please call and confirm your reservations at least one week prior to your visit. 

• Groups should arrive as close to 8:00 a.m. as possible.
