The department is comprised of people who are compassionate, skilled and customer service driven. We firmly believe in providing quality non-emergency and emergency services and we strive to constantly exceed community public safety expectations. I hope you enjoy your tour of our organization. Our Mission We serve to consistently improve the health and safety of our community with skill and compassion. City of Casper Fire-EMS The City of Casper Fire-EMS Department is an award-winning team of more than 70 dedicated professionals. All team members are trained not only to deal with structure fires, but they are also trained Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT's). The Fire-EMS Department is the primary guarantor of the City's public safety.
