All members of the Casper Police Department are committed to providing professional and progressive police services to enhance the quality of life in our Community.

In order to accomplish this mission, we strive to exhibit the following values:

We display professionalism through the courteous delivery of ethical and quality services with integrity.  We will continually challenge ourselves by expanding our skills and expertise.

In order to provide justice to all, we will equally and fairly enforce the law we are sworn to uphold.

The Casper Police Department values involved partnerships with the citizens of Casper to promote safety and security in the community of which we are all members.

Police Activities

 
Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, uniformed Patrol Officers are on duty. The men & women on Patrol answered approximately 50,000 calls in 2010. Patrol responds to an incredibly wide range of problems the citizens of Casper face, from major crimes like Homicides to quality of life problems.


The City of Casper honored 166 individuals from the all agencies who responded to the 11/30/12 Casper College and Hawthorne Street incidents.
