City of Casper Utilities
2012 RATES (monthly) 

Water (Inside City Limits):

  • $7.17 for the first 1,500 gallons consumed (Minimum Monthly Fee)
  • $3.25 for every 1,000 gallons of water consumed thereafter

Water (Outside City Limits):

  • $8.61 for the first 1,500 gallons consumed (Minimum Monthly Fee)
  • $4.21 for every 1,000 gallons consumed thereafter

Sewer:

  • Sewer rates throughout the year are based upon the water volume that is used at the residence being billed during the months of January and February each year.
  • $5.91 for the first 2,000 gallons consumed (Minimum Monthly Fee)
  • $2.24 for every 1,000 gallons consumed thereafter

Sanitation:

  • $14.50 (Minimum Monthly Fee) -Residential weekly pickup

If for some reason the water meters cannot be read at the residence being billed, an estimation will be calculated for that billing cycle. A note to this effect will be included on the corresponding bill.
