About Our Sponsors and Partners

A clean, healthy river is essential to a vibrant community.  That's why we sponsor the Platte River Revival.  How about you?
The Two Fly Foundation (http://twoflyfoundation.com) appreciates how lucky we are to have the North Platte River, a marvelous fishery, right at our back door. Their passion for the environment and their communities prompted them to organize an annual fly fishing tournament as a way of helping local charities and various rehabilitation projects on the North Platte River. Fly fishermen of the oil and gas industry unite each year to compete for great prizes and fun. Each year’s tournament provides plenty of entertainment and stories to tell, but more importantly affords the oil and gas industry yet another opportunity to help the environment and our community.  The Two Fly Foundation has supported the Revival since its beginning.  Foundation members also volunteer for the event.

Together, the six stations of Townsquare Media are an essential source of information and entertainment for the Casper community and state. Every year Townsquare Media airs hundreds of hours’ worth of public service announcements and partner with a variety of local charities to raise both awareness and funds for worthy causes. For Town Square, being part of the community means supporting and participating in activities that help them build a better future – and one that has a clean and healthy river.
The McMurry Foundation (http://www.mcmurryfoundation.org) was established in 1998 to have a significant and beneficial impact on the communities within Wyoming. Special emphasis is in Natrona County, Wyoming in the areas of education, religion, children and advocacy for children, health and human services, the arts and humanities, and favorable business environments. In carrying out their work, they are guided by the values of excellence and compassion.
The Casper Star Tribune (http://www.trib.com) is Wyoming's news source.  They have been covering the Platte River Revival since the cleanup was still an idea in the making.  In addition to informing the public on Revival activities and plans, they also donate advertising space to help recruit volunteers.
The BLM Casper Field Office (http://www.blm.gov/wy/st/en/field_offices/Casper.html) has been involved in the Revival since the first plastic bottle was removed from the river.  The Bureau of Land Management registers the Platte River Revival as its National Public Lands Day event.  The mission of National Public Lands Day is to enhance and improve the public lands that we all enjoy.  The North Platte River is one of the areas most popular recreational areas.  Improving the river through Casper will only increase the opportunities available to the public.
Admiral Beverage, (http://www.admiralbeverage.com/sales-centers/pepsi-cola-teton-distributors-casper/) the local Pepsi distributor, joined the Revival in 2010.  Pepsi is helping the Platte River Revival to move forward in its vision of a clean and healthy river for the Casper community.
71 Construction has sponsored the Platte River Revival by helping do the toughest jobs.  71 Construction provides equipment and operators to the Revival to remove everything from Russian olives to concrete.  Their equipment and experience have proved invaluable to the Revival's efforts to restore the river.

Before the first chunk of concrete was removed from the river, Trihydro was filing all the necessary permits for the Platte River Revival.  Trihydro's environmental experience and commitment to the community have helped to make the Revival a success.
The S.I.R. group have been preparing the Platte River Revival after party barbecue since 2007.   The group is made up of representatives from companies in the oil and gas service industry.  When we asked them to help out, they knew they could best help the river by helping the Revival thank its volunteers for their hard work.  That meant manning the barbecue.  They could not have been more right.
Casper Beverage, the local Anheuser-Busch distributor joined the Revival in 2010.  Keep Casper Beautiful received an environmental grant from Anheuser-Busch that is funded through Keep America Beautiful.  The grant allowed the Platte River Revival to purchase waders and life jackets for in-water and shore crew volunteers.  The grant will allow volunteers to get into the water to get more debris out of the water.  Casper Beverage has also joined the Revival as a partner, helping us recruit volunteers.
