Lifesteps Campus

LifeSteps Campus is owned by the City of Casper with the current property management agency, Casper Housing Authority, overseeing the campus buildings and grounds.  Please call 307-266-1388 to inquire about housing or to see if your program or agency qualifies to be a local LifeSteps partner program for the residents.

The Casper Housing Authority provides decent, safe, affordable housing for Casper's low-income citizens through programs that are funded and regulated by the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development.
