The Casper Recreation Center
has something for all residents and visitors, at a fantastic price! The facility serves as a site for a wide variety of programs and drop-in activities, in addition to being the focal point of recreation services in the community. The Recreation Center features a gymnasium for basketball and volleyball, racquetball/wallyball court, weight room, cardio fitness rooms, locker rooms, game room, indoor park and several multi-purpose rooms and meeting areas. Classes in dance, sports, martial arts, arts and crafts, specialty interests, and more are offered at convenient times for all ages

Casper Recreation Center Fees
A Recreation Pass or Daily Admission Pass provide access to drop-in activities in gymnasium, weight room, fitness room, game room and use of locker rooms. A Recreation Center pass also gets you a discount on any of the great classes offered at the Recreation Center!

Senior Citizen Discounts
The Community Recreation Foundation Board of Directors has made funding available to the Casper Recreation Division to provide senior citizen discounts for classes and annual passes. Individuals 55 and over who register for any Recreation Center, Aquatic Center, or Ice Arena annual pass or class may request a 10% discount.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
If a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, full refunds will be given. Once a class begins, full refunds will be available PRIOR TO THE THIRD MEETING OF CLASS. Refunds will be in the form of a check. If an individual has paid for a class using a credit card, the card will be credited. No cash refunds will be given. Customers requesting a refund must complete a Refund Request Form.
The Recreation Division provides special services for persons with disabilities. If you require such accommodations, please do not hesitate to contact the Recreation Superintendent at (307) 235-8403.
Locker Rooms and Towels
The locker rooms include lockers, restrooms, showers and a steam room. Coin operated lockers are $.25 per use. Lockers are also available for an annual rental (full-size locker $50; half-size locker $40). Please see our receptionist for rental information. Persons using the steam rooms must be at least 13 years old or accompanied by an adult.
Towel rentals are available at the reception counter for $1.00 per towel (one free towel rental per visit is included for Recreation or Aquatic Center pass holders). A towel punch pass may be purchased for $.50 per towel, minimum of 10 punches must be purchased.
Racquetball & Wallyball Court
One court is available to the public during normal operating hours. A Recreation Pass or Daily Pass is required for access to the court.
Effective April 26, 2012 - there will be
no additional fee
to use the racquetball or wallyball court for members or those who purchase a day pass!
Pottery Painting Parties
Get creative with a Pottery Painting Party at the Casper Recreation Center!
Participants select a pre-fired bisque item and paint their piece as they wish. Parties include bisque pieces, painting supplies, craft instructor (for the first hour of the party) and use of a craft room for two hours. Paint...then party!
Pottery will be fired after the party and may be picked-up by participants at a later date.
Price is $100 for up to 8 painters and $10 for each additional painter.

No place to go on a rainy, snowy or windy day? The Indoor Park offers children a safe and warm indoor play area. The park is open during normal operating hours or is available for private rental. Membership or daily admission fees apply. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Birthday party rates are $15/hr.

Play pool, table tennis or air hockey and enjoy the BIG screen TV in our Game Room. Vending and drink machines are available to grab a snack and cool off while you chill out. Casper Recreation Center Pass or Daily Admission required. Must be 8 years old or order to play pool.
The Game Room
can also be rented for a private party! $15.00 per hour.
Drop-In Sports and Games
Join others and play the sports and games you love! Admission is a Recreation Center Pass or $3.50 Daily Use Fee.
Pickleball is a game played on a badminton-sized court with the net lowered to 34 inches at the center. It is played with a perforated plastic baseball (similar to a whiffle ball) and wood or composite paddles. Pickleball is easy to learn and will quickly grow into a fast-paced, competitive and fun game!
Drop-in table tennis in the Activity Room. Bring your paddle or borrow one of ours!
Volleyballs are available for check-out from the Front Desk.
Stop by the Recreation Center for pick-up hoops! Basketball are available for check-out from the Front Desk.
