Each year Healing Park on Conwell transforms into a holiday wonderland. The park is part of Casper's identity and a holiday tradition for many families. The City of Casper provides the labor to create the scene and all the lights and decorative features are purchased with donations and sponsorships.
Your sponsorship spreads holiday cheer not only this year, but for years and generations to come.

EVENT SPONSORSHIPS
Your donations help us host a magical lighting event. Over 1,700 people attended the 2019 event. Only 1 available per item .
Santa and Princess Sponsorship (1)- $1,000 - the official sponsor of Santa's visit. Each child can visit Santa and the Snow Queen and her court at the event free of charge. Banner on the gazebo and logo on event advertising.
Cookie Sponsor (1)- $750- spread holiday cheer by giving each visitor a free cookie (while supplies last). Banner on table and logo on event advertising.
Hot Cocoa Sponsor (1)- $750-spread holiday cheer by giving each visitor a free glass of delicious hot cocoa (while supplies last). Banner on table and logo on event advertising.
LIGHTING SPONSORSHIPS
Individual Donations- Donations from individuals are accepted by check. Donations will be recognized by donor name on the website and on a shared banner in the park.
Light Replacement Sponsor- $749 and under- help us replace lights. Lights are often broken by Casper's wind and new lights are needed each year. Company logo on the website & on shared banner in the park.
Lighting Feature Sponsor- $1,500 and up. Help us make Holiday Square better every year by sponsoring decorative features that are used every year. Commercial-grade lighting decorations can run up to $40,000 per feature. Full or partial sponsorships are available. Company logo on the website, on a shared banner in the park, & company mentioned in event advertising. Gifts over $3,000 receive an individual banner. We are looking to add elements such as:
lighted arches over path through middle of park ($1,800 per arch)
giant walk-through ornament ($6,000-$30,000 depending on size and style)
Lighted animated train ($15,000-$25,000 depending on size and style)

Why Commercial grade?
Commercial grade decorations are made out of stronger materials and are more durable than home decorations. They are also generally larger in size. The decorations we use at Holiday Square need to resist hundreds of people touching, climbing, and grabbing the decorations. We also accept in-kind donations from companies that can fabricate decorations.
