The first registration fee listed is without a Recreation Center Pass, the second is for those who have an annual pass. 
Join one of our many classes for Health, Fitness, and FUN! Come and enjoy spacious, cool workout areas, clean and convenient locker rooms, wood floors, and safe, effective, and challenging workouts. Shoes with good support are essential to any fitness class. Sign up for your favorite fitness class that meets one, two or three days a week. If you miss a day and would like to attend at a different time - no problem! Just sign in on the daily attendance sheet. 
It is STRONGLY recommended that you consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.

Get Ripped! RIP is a 60 minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level while toning muscles and burning calories. Power Mix is a 60-minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level. You will also get a chance to try out the new Muscle Fusion class that mixes strength training with Tabata cardio interval training to encourage more fat burning. 
 
Please come to class at least 5-10 minutes early to set-up equipment. Earlybird, Morning, and Evening classes available. 
 

 

FOREVER FIT 

Get a great workout and maintain a better state of physical well-being by improving your circulation, flexibility and fitness level. Your instructor will take you through a warm-up, aerobics and/or walking, weights, chair exercising and stretching. This special comprehensive fitness program is designed for the 50-plus crowd but is also good for those just starting a fitness program.
 

 

insanity®
