Join one of our classes for Health, Fitness, and FUN! Come and enjoy spacious, cool workout areas, clean and convenient locker rooms, wood floors, and safe, effective, and challenging workouts. Shoes with good support are essential to any fitness class. Sign up for your favorite fitness class that meets one, two or three days a week. If you miss a day and would like to attend at a different time - no problem! Just sign in on the daily attendance sheet. It is STRONGLY recommended that you consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
 

RIP

Get Ripped! RIP is a 60 minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level while toning muscles and burning calories. Please come to class at least 5-10 minutes early to set-up equipment.  
 

FOREVER FIT 

Get a great workout and maintain a better state of physical Forever Fit classwell-being by improving your circulation, flexibility and fitness level. Your instructor will take you through a warm-up, aerobics and/or walking, weights, chair exercising and stretching. This special comprehensive fitness program is designed for the 50-plus crowd but is also good for those just starting a fitness program.
  

Ballet barre

Ballet BarreBallet Barre exercise is inspired by traditional barre work in Ballet. This class will help participants gain strength and flexibility while toning the body without the dance class. Light weights and floor work are included. Wear form-fitting, non-restrictive clothing and ballet slippers, foot pads or bare feet.
