     Delve into the rich artistic heritage of the Wyoming State Capitol with the Curator of the Capitol Nathan Doerr. He will explore the art found within the Capitol’s walls, highlighting not only some of the artistic intricacies woven into its architecture but also the historical and contemporary artworks displayed throughout the building. Discover some of the stories behind these pieces and learn about the Capitol Gallery, a dedicated space that honors Wyoming’s cultural heritage through rotating exhibitions, collaborations with institutions statewide, and the Governor's Capitol Art Exhibition. 
     Nathan has dedicated the past two decades to serving museums throughout Wyoming. His experience includes roles at the Museum at the Bighorns (formerly the Sheridan County Museum), the Buffalo Bill Center of the West, and the Wyoming State Museum. Nathan has also held board positions with the Colorado-Wyoming Association of Museums and the Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund.
