Dispatch is staffed with two (2) full-time dispatchers and two (2) part-time driver/dispatchers. Dispatch schedules over 150 rides per day and quickly and efficiently works out any route deviations. The new scheduling software TripMaster has the ability to send a text message the evening prior to the scheduled ride day to notify the rider of the trip and again when the bus is on the way to pick up the rider.

We currently have 17 full-time and 8 part-time bus operators. Most of our bus operators have at least a decade or more experience operating a paratransit service.

Our fleet consist of 9 LINK fixed route buses with the capacity to transport 18 to 30 passengers. The door-to-door ASSIST service has 12 buses with the capacity to transport 6 to 18 passengers. All buses are equipped for paratransit needs. All of our buses are maintained by the City of Casper Fleet Department.

Casper Area Transit facility has two (2) administrative assistants, who are responsible for sales, subsidy, statistics, FTA reporting and much more. There are two (2) supervisors, a Community Development Director and an MPO Support Technician.
