BUS ROUTE CHANGES

All route changes have been approved!  We are working on rolling out new maps and signs to get the word out on what exactly will be happening this coming spring.  Look for information posted at your stop soon!

Office 2021 holiday closures are as follows:

  • May 31st, Memorial Day
  • July 4th,  Independence Day
  • September 6th, Labor Day
  • October 11th, Columbus Day
  • November 11th, Veteran's Day
  • November 25-26th, Thanksgiving Day
  • December 24-25th, Christmas Day
  • December 31st, New Year's Eve Day

ASSIST and LINK do not provide bus service on the following 2021 holidays:

  • July 4th,  Independence Day

  • December 25th, Christmas Day

To receive the reduced fare.

  1. Click here for the application and complete it. Note: Our fiscal year is July to June, so applications will need to be updated annually.
  2. Bring completed application with your government issued photo ID and proof of income (Two months of pay stubs, food stamp card, or SSI/SSID statement) to Casper Area Transit Office located at 1715 E. 4th Street, Casper, WY 82601 during office hours Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

The City of Casper is a designated recipient of Federal Transportation Assistance from the Department of Transportation. As a designated recipient, the City of Casper is required to update their Title VI program every three (3) years. Title VI requires every designated recipient of federal funding to have a program in place to address Civil Rights complaints, to ensure that every contract funded by federal monies contains language that provides for Title VI adherence, to address Limited English Proficiency in the community through a written program, and to notify the public of their rights under Title VI. The Title VI Program is required per the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000d et seq.
