The Casper Municipal Court is operating in accordance with the Wyoming Judicial Branch's Respiratory Disease Pandemic Plan. See https://www.courts.state.wy.us/coronavirus-covid-19-updates/ for current operating status, updates and response plans.
The Court will be implementing social distancing, and all individuals must maintain a 6-foot distance. Defendants appearing for Court will check in at the window, and only Defendants, their attorneys, and subpoenaed witnesses will be allowed into the Courtroom to ensure compliance with social distancing. The Court is encouraging hand sanitizing, hand washing, restraint from touching the face, and use of face coverings.
Anyone receiving quarantine orders from the Natrona County Health Department will be asked to send the orders by email to the Court before their hearing will be considered for continuance. If you do not have quarantine orders, please proceed to Court with a face covering.

Responsibilities
Municipal Court administers the operation of the judicial branch of the City of Casper Government according to ordinances adopted by the City Council.
Cases adjudicated in Municipal Court include misdemeanor crimes under City Code and those State Statutes which are incorporated into the City Code, occurring within the jurisdictional limits of the City of Casper.
