The Civil Legal Services Clinic assists clients with a wide range of civil legal needs, including housing, expungement, consumer rights, education, veterans’ service-connected disability benefits, and other public benefits laws.

The Wyoming Defender Aid Program is a statewide legal assistance program for indigent persons convicted of crimes. One of the goals of the program is to provide quality appeals representation to persons convicted of felonies in Wyoming State courts.

Estate Planning Practicum – (307) 766-6441
The Estate Planning Practicum provides legal services, including simple wills and estate planning advice to low income individuals in Wyoming. The Practicum’s mission is to help its clients maximize control over their end of life decisions and to secure their families’ future in the event of incapacity or death through the drafting of wills, powers of attorney, and advanced health care directives.

This clinic handles cases including: divorce, child custody, domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assault protection orders, guardian ad litem appointments in juvenile and domestic relations cases, representation of children or parents in child abuse and neglect cases, termination of parental rights, and other civil actions involving children.
